Studio is situated on the second floor in Rose Garden complex in Sunny Beach.

It consits of living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a balcony.

The complex is located in the central part of suuny beach within 15 minutes walk to central sunny beach parade and 20 minutes to the beach.

It is a not very big but well maintained complex which has a large swimming pool, coffe chop, reception. It is very close to the biggest aquapark in Sunny Beach.
